I'm More Experienced in Life?

The other night I was talking to my friend about who was more "experienced", and no, we were not talking about sexually, haha! When I was discussing how I am more "experienced", I realized that I have really went through some rough shit. Was I really trying to prove I was more experienced because of all the bad shit that has happened during my life, or was it my brain trying to make me realize, "hey girl, you are making it and you should realize it". Weirdly enough, my brain was right. I may not have been as fortunate as others, but who I am now is someone I am proud to be. I am really making it. I am in college to further my education and so that I can transfer into a program I am really interested in.-to me, that's a start.

I was debating on actually posting the types of questions that were brought up by myself that led me to think "I am more experienced in life", and I think I will. They may seem like nonsense, but they aren't..in a way. I'm just throwing them out there, so you all can get an idea.

"Ever have an immediate family member go to jail or prison?" 

"Ever have to live with a guardian, or away from your parents for more than 5 years?" 

"Ever skip classes or drop out?"

"Ever want to be put in the hospital just to see who really cares?"

"Ever been emotionally abused?"

"Ever witness someone so high, that they couldn't even paint your toenails?"

"Ever have to act like an adult for an adult?"

"Any family members who have had cancer or currently have cancer?"

I'm not sure what you make of the questions I asked to see if this person really knew anything about what someone goes through, but the fact that they all are apart of my life, even if some of it is in the past, is interesting. Why did I even let all of that out? Why bother? Well, I am guessing it's good to let some things out, even if they aren't good things. Everything that may have been unfortunate in my life, may have affected me, but I am a pretty positive person, and I love that about myself.

After everything, and at the end of the day, I like who I am and I love myself. That is the most important thing to do for yourself.

Love yourself, and don't let your past affect your future in a negative way. 

New Year.

Wow, how time flies!
It's now 2015, and my last post was in March 2014, WOW. I would normally rant and say I'll do better and I'll update more, but things get in the way. Life gets in the way. Cliche I guess haha. I'm going to try and make a short and simple update, because my blog really needs a new post-my own fault.

I will start off by.. telling you what major(ish) things have happened since my last update..sound good? Good. So my last post said I was super stoked about the New York trip, and yes I did go and I had such an amazing time! If you don't already, you should follow me/subscribe to me on YouTube because I post videos at least once a week, and my New York trip was captured daily and uploaded onto YouTube! So, yes, the New York trip, I went with the art club, and WOW, just wow. It was amazing! The pizza and the museums, yes yes yes, just an amazing time. So I don't ramble about how I was fortunate enough to go, checkout my videos.

So about a week or so after my NY trip, I was able to visit Savannah, Georgia with my Granny for a weekend. We went because my cousin, Katarine, goes to SCAD, and they were having a parent weekend type thing and I was luckily invited to join my Granny! Savannah, GA, is a very pretty place! Not as crowded as NY, haha, a plus! What I liked most about that trip, besides spending some time with my family, was the SCAD Chalk Art. These students had AMAZING work done in chalk, blew my freakin' mind o.o. (also a video on my YouTube channel). So Georgia was nice as well ^-^.



Those are the 2 major trips that I went on, I really didn't go into detail with because well, I am sure the videos would be more awesome to watch and such.

2nd year in college, woot woot! Spring semester actually starts this coming Monday O.O. Last semester, I had Ceramics 2, Painting 1, 2 different Englishes (one half the semester, then the other the last half), and an online Computer class. I passed all of my classes! YAY!
So my classes for this semester are, Figure Drawing, 3D Drawing, West Civ, an English, and Art History! I'm excited, but I know that this semester is the semester that I really have to take time and STUDY a lot more than I normally do. I'm wanting a certain GPA for myself, so I need to do my best in my classes in general!

Also! I am VP in SAGA, YAY! It just makes me happy that I am open into being in clubs at my college, it took me forever to join the Art Club, I am so glad that I am in 2 clubs though. I really enjoy it, and I enjoy the people in both clubs.

March 11th, 2014~

Hey y'all!!! I hope everyone is doing swell, like I always say ^-^! So instead of my usual, "I'm sorry I haven't written in awhile, I will do better, blah blah", I just want to say I'm sorry for not being more frequent with my blog posts. Anyway! Let's just get into the updating and all that shiz.

How is college going? College is actually going really well this semester and I'm not sure if it's because of my fun art classes or because I am actually making friends, haha! I like to say I'm antisocial but, I'm not quite sure that is the case haha-maybe I am just nervous. Last semester I "lost" a good friend of mine, not really "lost" because we're taking a break (weird saying I know). We are taking a break because I can't handle someone who is really insecure of their self and posting about it all over the internet trying to get attention-even though she says she wasn't trying to get attention. The fact is, I told her how other people would see it because that's how I see it but of course she fought about it and one of her friends even agree'd with her. If you are her friend, then you need to tell her the truth, sorry not sorry. I had multiple people agree with me and it's just sad that she can't get over herself. I use to have low self esteem and it's not healthy, I have learned to love myself and she needs to do the same. You should love yourself, you are beautiful!
Off topic, whoops, xD.  I am enjoying my art classes so far which is kinda surprising because I don't believe I have "artistic talent" haha but, I guess them because they're fun ^-^. I'll post pictures down below of 3 ceramic pieces I made last week. 2D is going pretty well, we have 3 projects due in two weeks, after we get back from Spring break, which I have 1 finished so I am good haha xD. That's about it for college.

New York Trip? I am going to New York in 7 days, OMG I am so excited y'all! I don't really know what to say about this topic, haha, because I am just to excited xD! Well, I will try to give some details, hmm. I am going to New York with the art and history club, you don't even have to be in the clubs to go, you just have to major in one of the two. Each day we have museums or fun free sites to see and go too. I just paid for my bus tickets yesterday, and we are actually getting there earlier than everyone and we are leaving later than everyone XD, weird right? MORE FREE TIME though, so hopefully it's all good ^-^. I will be vlogging everyday while I am in NY so y'all keep an eye out on my YouTube channel!

Stephen's birthday was yesterday! Sadly, I really didn't have anything planned for his birthday besides taking him out to eat. We went to Golden Corral and ate as much as we could because, everyone knows Golden Corral prices have went up for some stupid reason haha. Then, we went to Goodwill and I got a dress, a shirt, and I bought him a pair of shorts! Lastly, we went to Wal-Mart because he needed to pick up a few things for his Mom and he wanted his hair cut.-we ended up waiting almost 30 minutes for some woman to be available haha. He got his haircut for FREE, yes free. He was actually really lucky haha, there was this lady interviewing for a job and she needed to do a mans haircut so, it was free!-his haircut looks so great too. He is a cutie! He said he had a great birthday and I hope he really did even though he waited on me twice yesterday and I felt/feel bad about that :/. All in all, I always have a great time spending time with him!

It's a New Year!

Hey y'all! Well well, it sure has been a LONG time since I have blogged and I am sorry about that to the people who actually read my blog, I am sorry!
So, I will do a quick update; nothing is TO new in my life haha.

I started my 3rd semester back at college Monday and I vlogged this whole week! I will put the videos in this post so anyone can watch them  (I put up 2 so if you want to watch more then just go to my channel)^-^. This week has been long but not so bad, I've seen alot of my friends already (which I don't really have any haha). I see my friend Stephanie every day, and Ashlynn on Mondays and Wednesdays, which is neat. They are both really good friends :D.

Gawsh, there is nothing really to write, maybe I will have more time to write more very soon!

First week of my 2nd semester, what what!?!

Hey everyone! Before I start to talk about college and all that jazz, I will say what I did with the rest of my summer. I basically moved in with my sister, Nina, which has been really great. She is really appreciated of everything I do and enjoys me staying while I can, xD. I am moving back "home" eventually, that's just another long story so bleh. I did visit my Mom for two weeks! I only got to stay with her for 2 weeks because of when college started, which started before elementary school, middle school, and high school so. I had a really good time visiting my Mom and her boyfriend Lawrence, they both were really nice of course haha. We went to downtown and watched he drum circle, walked around downtown, went thrifting, went to the mall, and all kinds of bonding and fun stuff haha. I'm just really glad I had a good and safe trip there and back. Me and my Mom got along well, always a plus! But, the two weeks went by so fast, and I was sad to go. Overall it was all good and the end of my summer was awesome!

Now college time! Only been going to college 3 days and I'm ALREADY tired haha. I started Monday, woot woot. So my classes are pretty simple; Drawing 1, Yoga, English, and a few Math classes. So far, good xD. I didn't really want the drawing class seeing as how I don't really draw, but if you participate and turn your work in on time a good grade will appear I assume! I have Drawing 1 two times a week for almost 3 hours each class time. Yoga! I think I might like yoga, but after doing it, the next day my body was sore! I have Yoga once a week for almost three hours. So if I get good at yoga, I will probably keep doing it ^-^!
English and Math don't really need to be discussed in my opinion haha, both teachers seem nice so far xD. But I think math is going to get boring

Oh yeah! My bestfriend and I get to hangout during our free hours on Mondays and Wednesdays, so awesome! She's super awesome and I loves her!

Nina had.. gallbladder surgery last Friday, sad to say. Even though she wasn't feeling to good the first two days, now she seems to be doing alot better, which I'm thankful!

Writing a penpal back!

Hey everyone! I know it's been forever, NOT JUST foreverrrr, but a very long time! Or, feels like a very long time haha. I am sorry for neglecting my blog, but to be honest it's not like many people read it, but it's just an extra thing I enjoy, even though I haven't wrote in awhile. Whoever reads my blog though, I appreciate it! I'll be updating this from now on, atleast once a month! YAY YAY, I know I know, keep the applause down people O.O.

 Summer summer summer! My summer has had its ups and downs but I guess I can't really complain because I'm alive and doing swell. No vacation so far, and I don't think I'll have one unless I visit my Mom, which I'm not sure if I am at the moment. It doesn't and won't bother me if I don't have a vacation because a vacation is getting away for a little while and when I'm editing photos, videos and writing back to my penpals, I feel like that's a little get away on it's own. You know, when you are soooo concentrated on something and the world around you is all like * SWIRLY SWIRLY*, haha, you know what I mean so there. I also get  like that when I'm with my boyfriend, Stephen, because I love him so much. OH ADRIANNA, HUSH ABOUT YOUR LOVE BUSINESS, fine fine but he is really amazing, and I don't know what I would do without my love. Back on topic! So yes, I still enjoy photography and editing the Youtube videos that I make. I now have 205 subscribers <3, YAY! Not many, but that's alot to me :) and better than 0. I can't remember if I told everyone that I write to people, well PENPALS, but yes, I do haha. I currently have 7 penpals I believe, if they continue to write back haha, I suppose I am kinda weird soo.I've been writing since the 4th grade and will continue to do so for a very long time. This summer topic just went everywhere haha, whoops!~

I attended college last spring, which everyone knows haha. After alot of thinking and over debating, I switched my major to get my degree in Associates in Arts. I switched because I wanted to do film and video production, right? Well, if I do 2 years at my community one, I can transfer to a better college and do that, and also do photography as a minor if they offer it. Seems like a WAY better plan and this way I can be happy with what I'm trying to do. I went to register for my classes on Monday, and of course since I was kinda late with registering I had to get times I didn't really want but it'll work. I automatically had to take a "pe" class, which I chose Yoga. Wish me luck, haha, not sure how that will work. Then, I have to take a English class, and a few Math classes, but that's fine, knew I had to take those. Last, I HAD to take Drawing 1, um, I don't draw, I DOODLE, so if I get bad grades..this ginger will be pissed! The lady did say however, that if I just turned everything on time that I would be fine. She better be right or she won't be fine >.>. DUN DUN DUNNNN! Ready for Fall classes to begin!

I visited Virginia for a day. I forgot to mention that in my "vacation section" but that doesn't really count so yeah. My boyfriend and I took my brother, Stallone, to visit and finally meet his girlfriend. Stephen drove of course, still no license here! That was one crazy drive, but it was fun spending time with my boyfriend and brother at the same time. Atleast they get along haha, or else there probably would have been problems. We did a day trip (taking him there and coming back home) and then left to go back and get him 2 days later, which went good. My brother and his girlfriend have a long distance relationship, and had never met up until the day we took him up there, sounds like that show Catfish right? But, they had webcamed and all that shiz. They have been dating 8 months today, CONGRATS LOVE BIRDS <3!

My Dad's birthday was the 10th! I got him a card and a pair of pants for his birthday haha, not much but it counts ^-^. I know he liked them, thank gawd xD. I'll show pictures of that stuff and also Father's Day because I bought him lunch! We had a really good day eating Chinese food ^-^. Then he eats Mexican food on his birthday haha. Craziness. I love my Daddy though, through all the fights and disagreements, he is mostly right about life. He is an amazing Father and without him, I wouldn't be the "lady" that I am today.

Long time no speak! I would update with so much crap that has happened, but nothing to serious has really happened, well the super serious awesome stuff I am about to tell of course!
I hope EVERYONE ANYONE had a super amazing Christmas and New Year, and hope everyone atleast got the thing they wanted most. (:

Soo to really update things, I visited my Mom in Asheville and winded up staying for two months! For the MOST part it was really fun and great, the last few days I was there was about the worst part but I guess that stuff happens haha.
Found out my step brother, Austin, has really bad kidneys.. Really sucks. But right now he seems to be doing well with the occasional side hurting :/. The doctors don't know TO much so I am not really going to say anything because I myself really don't know anything about. But I can tell you this, I don't consider him a "step" brother, so you or anyone can assume how it must feel on me AND my family > :/
Now that stuff happened a few months ago obviously so yeah haha. To update what I can talk about, probably not in detail, I don't know, just depends xDD.

NEXT WEEK..... I actually FINALLY start college! *yay!* *screaming* *shouting* *woot woot!* *throws popcorn* <-- I don't know what happened for a second there haha. But yeah, COLLEGE. That big place were so called smart people go *eye twitch*, I joke, I don't know how smart you have to be to go to college but hey if I am going then you probably shouldn't have to be TO smart at all haha. But yeah again, COLLEGE, ME, GO THERE, NEXT WEEK....MONDAY actually, so yeah, like I said college o.o....
I went today to get my student ID made and get all the things I needed from the book store. All I can really say about that is.. THANK YOU FINANCIAL AID GOD O.O, haha, like seriously, my classes all together was $809 I believe and then I spent $434 at the bookstore, again, this is because of financial aid, so noone rob me please o.o, if you DON'T happen to know what financial aid is then I suggest you look it up, I has no money so NO rob me o.o.

I start this coming up Monday! I am kinda excited but mostly nervous. Like, where to sit and what to wear and all that normal nervous crap I think haha. My earliest class time I think is 9am, how cool, not getting up 6am thank you thank you! I am hoping the work won't be to hard but I know right there saying that, is asking to much haha, i'll just do my best I suppose. Stephen also starts college this semester too <3.
I'm not naming all my classes on here, just for privacy I guess, never know how people will act if they know my schedule and shiz haha. But, Mondays will suck. Getting up at 9am, then leaving at 12 in the afternoon THEN I have to go back at 6pm and leave right before 9, so crazy haha.

I'm just really happy to be doing something, college wise. Even though the major I am doing, Cosmetology, isn't really what I wanted to do it is something that has caught my interest. But, photography and making/editing youtube videos is still a HUGE part of me myself. I'm hoping those two things will also be a hobby for me if Cosmetology turns into something also huge for me. I've also enjoyed dying my hair in the past, so we will see what happens when I actually take those classes. (:
If you are out of high school or if you have your GED, I suggest you go to college, just a thought. But now a days you can't do anything without a degree in something.
I wish all the other first time collegers luck on their first days as well, and have a great semester for everyone in college or in high school! (:

Almost September!

Hai everyone! I know my last entry was alot of things, and things I need to explain now since a month has passed on. To let everyone know how everything ACTUALLY did turn out.

I got my GED! Yes, I now have a diploma and no longer am I considered a drop out! I did what I had to do. I am so glad that I am finally done with it, sadly ima miss the two great teachers that were there for me in the class, the were really awesome and very helpful! Suprisingly, my highest score was in math, i'm not telling my scores haha. I'm the girl who has a diploma now.

My future..may be right around the corner, but it feels as if it is miles away. Things seem to be back firing here and there, and kinda mess things up. Future why must you do this to me!!?!

No I do not... have my license yet OR a car. I haven't practiced driving in a month! So no use in worrieing about getting my license anytime soon, (need it before January though), because first, I basically got lied too. I'm not getting a car, at all. Second, didn't start college this Fall so wasn't know need. Don't pity me, life goes on. Sucky, but life goes on. I'll HOPEFULLY be going to college next semester, January, and HOPEFULLY i'll have my license or atleast someone who can take me. No license, no car. Can't get a car with no license. Can't drive if you have a license with no car. So, lose lose situation haha. So that's how that goes

Oh! Do you know how bad it sucks to get a letter and a email from the college you want to go to but can't go to it because it's so far away and even if you did have a car it'd be alot of gas. It's 30-40 minutes away. It sucks. Absolutely sucks. So, I think I actually came to a conclusion like, a few days ago. I think ima just have to find something to do at RCC, basically the only thing I can really do at the moment. I'll look through their programs later and see if something interests me. Hopefully there will be something that sparks my interests. I can most likely go to PCC down the road, later, years later >.>. Dad said I could take what I need for the PCC program at RCC and then go to PCC for the main stuff, but that adds in like an extra year or two, and I don't want that, makes no sense to do it for four years, when I can do it in two. So yeah, my lifes story haha. I'll be looking at RCC's page later.

I have been looking.. for jobs, mainly so I will be able to save up for a car one day, and then I want to save up for a trip. I'll explain "the trip" in my next blog entry. The job search is going nowhere and is kinda boring. I also want a job so i can get out of being in the house all day haha. I need to get out, atleast sometimes!

I  have been...spending alot of time with Sarah  She is my step Mom, who I refer to as my Mom ^-^.
I just got her into watching Awkward with me! We started on season one episode one, cause we are just that cool ;D. I really like this show, and I am glad that she does too, or we wouldn't be watching it together and spending time together. I love her sooo much <3.

My.. step sister is going to New Jersey for maybe a month at the month. Austin was supppose to go with her, and their Dad but he changed his mind to stay at home with all of us. That's cool, i'm glad she's getting away. The only thing that really irks me, is that she had a going away party last night, and didn't even invite me let alone her brother or Mother! She complains about how Sarah doesnt' call her first or blah blah, when all this week Sarah has been trying to get in touch with her. Pisses Pees me offf. You are suppose to treat family better I though. But what do I know? I'ma leave this as is, for now.
